This Privacy Policy explains how 1Tech Apps LLC ("1Tech Apps", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit www.1techapps.click (the "Website") or use our animation software and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and account preferences.
• Billing information: billing name, address, country and the last four digits and expiry of your payment card. Full card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment providers and are never stored on our servers.
• Content: projects, animations, assets and comments you create, upload or store in your cloud workspace.
• Usage data: device type, operating system, browser, IP address, app version, feature usage, crash reports and performance diagnostics.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team and your responses to surveys.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services, including cloud storage and rendering.
• To create and manage your account, process subscriptions and send receipts and billing notices.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send service announcements and, where you have opted in, product news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services), your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies) and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services — such as cloud hosting, payment processing (e.g. Stripe, PayPal), email delivery, analytics and customer support — under contracts that require them to protect your data.
• Team members you invite to shared projects on Studio plans, who can see the content you share with them.
• Legal and safety recipients where required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of 1Tech Apps, our users or the public.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. After you cancel, your projects remain available for 30 days so you can export them, after which they are deleted from active systems within 90 days. We retain billing records as required by tax and accounting laws.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. California residents may request information about the categories of personal information we collect and may not be discriminated against for exercising their rights. 8. International transfers

1Tech Apps LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the US and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the Services before they take effect. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and 1Tech Apps LLC ("1Tech Apps", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our animation software, website and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@1techapps.click of any unauthorised use.

2. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes during your subscription term.

3. Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the projects, animations and assets you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, render and display Your Content solely to provide the Services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

4. Templates and stock assets

Templates, graphics and other assets supplied within the Services are licensed, not sold. You may use them, modified or unmodified, within animations you create and export with the Services for personal and commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute or make templates or assets available as standalone files, or use them to build a competing template library.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or harmful purpose;
• Create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the privacy of others;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the software, except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• Share account credentials or exceed the number of users permitted by your plan.

6. Subscriptions, fees and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. 7. Intellectual property

The Services, including the software, design, logos, trademarks and all related intellectual property, are owned by 1Tech Apps LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you except the limited license described above.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; you may export Your Content for 30 days afterwards.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1Tech Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1Tech Apps LLC from claims arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 1Tech Apps LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with 1Tech Apps. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for all subscription plans (Starter, Pro and Studio).

1. Free trial

New customers receive a 14-day free trial. If you cancel at any time during the trial, you will not be charged.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge on a new subscription, whether monthly or yearly. Simply email info@1techapps.click from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request". This guarantee applies once per customer.

3. After 30 days

• Monthly plans: charges after the first 30 days are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current month.
• Yearly plans: after the 30-day guarantee period, yearly payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You keep access until the end of your paid year.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing → Cancel subscription, or by emailing info@1techapps.click. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete your account. Your projects remain available to export for 30 days after your access ends.

5. Plan changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period and do not generate a refund for the current period.

6. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion — for example, for duplicate charges, billing errors or extended service outages. Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or PayPal.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including any statutory right of withdrawal in your country.

Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy describes how subscriptions to 1Tech Apps are billed and renewed.

1. Plans and prices

• Starter: $9 per month, or $86.40 per year
• Pro: $24 per month, or $230.40 per year
• Studio: $49 per month (up to 5 users), or $470.40 per year

Yearly plans include a 20% discount compared with monthly billing. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

2. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Free trials

When you start a free trial, your subscription begins automatically when the 14-day trial ends unless you cancel before then. We will remind you by email before the first charge.

4. Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers; 1Tech Apps does not store full card numbers.

5. Taxes

Sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes are added where required based on your billing address and are shown on your invoice.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you. If payment is not received within 14 days, your account may be downgraded or paused until the balance is paid. Your projects are not deleted during this period.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Invoices

Receipts are emailed after each successful payment and are available in Account → Billing. If you need a company name or tax ID on your invoices, add it in your billing settings.

This Cookie Policy explains how 1Tech Apps LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on www.1techapps.click and within our web application.

1. What are cookies?
